SPECIFICITY & RESULTS

Yoga only has two components: Pranayama and Meditation. Note that they may be static and dynamic. And that's all. The rest is their variations.

Yes, everything's very precise. Let us not delude ourselves and let us do real Yoga and get real results. And everything is very specific: not some alleged energy which must move somewhere in the body on its own during some "ritual" poses, movements and breathing. In fact, this must be real, sensible and controllable QI energy (internal energy) which you can direct to any part of your body, any organ at your own discretion. And when you manage to do it, this is the very moment when you begin to do Yoga.

One drawback of Indian Yoga is that though developing inside, they do not bring it into the Outside World. The drawback of the Western methods is that despite improving the Outside World, the inner one remains unchanged. We combine achievements of both civilizations. You gain practical results very quickly, both inside and in the Outside World of every person practicing Our Yoga.

Here is an example of a standard Western Yoga practice: The Hindu-Yogi Science Of Breath by Yogi Ramacharaka. An excerpt: "Methods and techniques of awakening Kundalini [the central canal of the spinal cord] are called Pranayama — the fourth stage on the path of Patanjali comprehension."

Note that Patanjali is considered the founder of Yoga and the author of Raja Yoga.

Ramacharaka takes a lot from Yoga:
1) Primary Pranayama for QI in the consciousness.

2) Pranayama for beginners with directions regarding Prana movement.

3) Classic Pranayama of Raja Yoga.

4) Work with a heart pulse inside.

5) YANG Meditation is described.

But all these points, as the key things, are not accentuated and are scattered chaotically. An average reader would not notice these specific things. The meaning is hidden behind long pompous texts about ancient Indian philosophy. All breathing exercises are designed to stimulate the movement of Qi, but Ramacharaka did not understand that (this is a nickname of a European who borrowed a lot from India).

A thoughtful reader will have a long fight with the texts about the divine and the spiritual, but will not get any practical results. This is the drawback of the Indian Yoga: those who can do it, cannot pass their knowledge to other people. And this is what Our Yoga gives you: specificity and results.
