A little bit of theory for meaningful action.

Qi is a common name for internal energy. There are 5 types of Qi. They are based on the five senses: Vyana (touch), Udana (taste), Prana (smell), Apana (hearing) and Samana (sight). For beginners, different types of Qi will turn on randomly and be felt the same way. Distinction will come later.

Yoga has only two components: Pranayama and Meditation.

Meditation is reaching and pumping up one of the polar states: Yin (closure to the inside of the body) or Yang (openness to the outside).

1) Yin Meditation: You turn your attention to the inside of the body and work there with QI (internal energy) and your heart pulse (separately or together). You can control QI and pulse movement by transferring your attention throughout the body.

At this, the internal body space opens: it becomes tangible. Qi and the pulse get stuck immediately in locations of pathologies and eliminate abnormalities. Our Yoga ensures complete health.

2) If after pumping up Qi, you transfer it to the Outside World, having reached the state of Yang (openness), it is Yang Meditation. That's the moment when your Outside World becomes controllable.

Note that in Indian Yoga everything ended with Yin Meditation. In Yang Meditation, Yogis reached special states, including nirvana, but didn't do anything with Qi in the Outside World. This is an advantage of the West: all techniques created in the West are based on mind structures recreated in the Outside World.

Our Yoga combines the achievements of the East and West. You'll be a person with new properties. We'll show you how to transfer everything that is found in a person into the Outside World, except Mind structures. This is what Western Science does not possess. This is what Yoga possesses. People in the West call this miracles. Health and longevity included.

Pranayama involves polarization of 2 halves of the body. Polarity changes in each inhale-exhale cycle. For example, in Classic Pranayama of Raja Yoga, in case of lateral polarization, when you inhale, one half of your body reaches Yang State, while when you exhale, the other part of your body is Yin-polarized. In addition, the energy flows in the two halves of the body go towards each other.

Note that in Tantra Yoga, there is "rougher" polarization: two polarities interact energetically — male (Yang) and female (Yin). The same is true about Kama Sutra: the interaction between a man and a woman is not just different postures (in sex), as it's used in the West. Different poses involve different energy flows.

Part 1.

We'll work in Pranayama and Meditation with Qi (internal energy) and heartbeat.

You need to understand the MAIN THING: Pranayama gives an opportunity to quickly reach Qi and steady and controllable pulse within the body.

And one more thing. Pranayama should be performed daily (at least 20-30 minutes). This is Yoga. Daily Pranayama will quickly become a habit, just like you have a shower or brush your teeth every day. Link it to something, for example, "Dinner will be ready soon, time to breathe." Every day you'll do two things: Pranayama once a day and working with Qi and the pulse inside during the day.

And now, Pranayama. Let's call it "top-bottom Pranayama": the upper part of the body (head, chest) is Yang-polarized, the lower part is Yin-polarized.

1. Position. You need to sit comfortably (you may even sit in an armchair), so that there's no stress in the body. Your back should be straight, but not stressed: put something under the back.

Once again, for those who already have some experience in any Practices: no need for any special poses, no stress in any part of the body which would distract from the main thing. Our job now is to get real Qi and the pulse. Then you can work in any position: lying, standing, walking or running.

2. Breath. We'll be breathing in four cycles: inhale, pause, exhale, pause. And again, no stresses while breathing, no violence against yourself. For starters, perform each cycle on one, two, three, four. Very soon, in the first sessions, you will feel a voluminous pulse inside. Then count pulse beats. Increase the number of beats in each cycle as you enter Pranayama. First of all, increase the exhale time. Inhalation must be shorter, more energetic. Exhale slowly, lingeringly.

Let's call it Exercise 1 (for easier understanding further on).

3. Prana. First, you need to use your imagination (until you reach real Qi).

1) When you inhale: draw in Prana from the surrounding space: Prana (imaginary) enters your head and chest. In the future, you'll feel real Prana (subtle vibrations).

2) When you hold your breath: Prana flows down to the Solar Plexus. That's the stage when you feel the pulse. The pulse (not at once) will accompany Prana from top to bottom at each beat.

3) When you exhale: blow Prana within the Solar Plexus when you exhale, as you blow the coals. When you feel Prana (subtle vibrations, humming), blow it with your exhale to all the surrounding organs.

4) During the pause after exhaling: fix the feeling of Prana in the Solar Plexus with pulse beats. The pulse will be as if running away from the centre of the Plexus at every beat. Together with pulse beats, Prana spreads out in all directions from the Plexus.

There's a very beneficial area around the Solar Plexus. There are many important organs in this area. They all will be humming and "singing." They have long been waiting for this, as a thirsty man is longing for a drink of water in the desert. And you will really feel it.

That's it. You just need to start and everything else will follow.

In Pranayama, Prana and the pulse move together. Later on, it will be an energized pulse.

This is the first part of the Training Site. You need to work with this for quite a long time (it depends on your initial level of training and your talent and diligence).

When your whole body is humming during Pranayama and you control Prana (by turning your attention to this or that organ, Prana may be directed to any part of the body), then you can begin the second part.

Let's summarize: Do not rush. Premature jumping ahead destroys previous achievements. Work with Qi and the pulse long enough until you get all organs in order: Qi and the pulse will point out any abnormalities.

How to work with this: during the day, before going to sleep, when you wake up at night. You can maintain Qi in an active state during the whole day, especially if there are any spots with abnormalities. Example: You're using your computer; you're standing in your boss's office; you're walking or travelling by public transport; you're lying in bed (before or after sleeping), etc. — the whole time Qi is located in the right place (pumped up when exhaling): recovery is in progress. Continue this way until you become completely healthy. Cure time depends on the level of your pathology. And it's not hard work when you have to force yourself. It will be a joy.

Qi is started inside as soon as you direct your attention inside and begin to pump it up with bated breath (as in Pranayama). If you wake up at night, start Qi with exhaling (an indicator that it is a real process), you'll feel the pulse accompanying Qi and immediately your digestion will start to work: what was left from dinner will be digested (you will clearly hear the sounds of active digestive system — it's an indicator of a real process). While working with Qi inside at night, move from one organ to another. Once you get to the heart, you'll fall asleep insensibly. You can repeat this several times during the night: it's both pleasure and revitalizing. If there is an abnormality, Qi will get stuck there, so that's the place where you need to work — for a week, a month, two, three months... up to complete recovery. And teeth of course! Use Qi in your teeth and they will be healthy until... forever.

Part 2.

Now that we understand Yin Meditation, let's proceed with Yang Meditation. This is transfer of internal Qi energy into the Outside World with whatever was developed inside. (It means you must develop something! So do it! There are many examples of inadequate performance. We have to repeat it again and again).

We decided not to provide information on Yang Meditation on this website, which implies the ability to control Your External. The reason is simple. In a rush, not having mastered Qi and the pulse, you begin to meditate to exit to the Outside World. You'll get only imaginative, seeming exit. Everything you have developed, will be lost. It's very difficult to revert from imaginary sensations.

We'll open Yang Meditation to control the External later, in the second part. In the meantime, work. Good luck!

We call to those who wish to participate in popularization of our Yoga. Our task is to raise this site from the bottom, to make it available to a wider audience. Join us in advertising of this website. Let's help the West to go over to the real Yoga. Let's create a "civilization of the Righteous." No thanking. You will thank yourself with the results.
