Short story: "SAMURAI GOES THROUGH THE WOODS"

A samurai goes through the woods. Some robbers hide beside the footpath. They long to take the Samurai's expensive clothes and weapons. Samurai "floats" through the forest in full openness (YANG meditation). This means that his energy fields in the form of QI as if "spray" into the Outside World — in the environment. But at the same time, feedback also works: he feels fields of the entire environment and "floats" within this "euphoria."

The robbers are ready to attack, and thus are in the strongest active closure (YIN state). Under the influence of their closure fields, the external openness field of the approaching of the Samurai begins to shrink. When the robbers throw themselves at him, the Samurai feels the attack as a drastic reduction of his openness into the Outside World. With an effort of will, he expands his fields, thus restoring full openness.

Meanwhile the trained body, as a reflex, obeys the habitual internal energy passes and immediately reacts to the attack. An observer from the outside sees it like this: the Samurai takes his sword, makes a few precise movements, and all the enemies are defeated. He inserts the sword into the sheath and only now he understands that the attack occurred. He sees his work, gets surprised, harrumphs and goes on, having restored his openness into the Outside World completely. That is Yoga.

This is a high class but not the top one. Top class: A Samurai has such powerful QI on the outside, that when he approaches to the robbers, it (QI) suppresses their aggressiveness. Confusion and then fear arises among them, and they flee in panic. And the Samurai, without batting an eye, continues to "float" in the Fields of His Essence. That is Our Yoga.
